Appointment Information
Hello! I am looking forward to being a part of your successful completion of the Bank Of America Chicago Marathon. Please use the link below to schedule your July and September appointments. Appointments are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays (6 pm -7 pm & 7:30-8:30 CDT) and Sundays (9 am-10, 10:30 -11:30, 12-1pm & 1:30-2:30 pm).
Please note that when booking appointments times are listed using Eastern Standard Time. (i.e. 7 pm EST appointments will be held at 6pm CDT)

After booking your appointments download the documents from the Document Library page. Complete the Consultation, Disclosure and Privacy Forms. Save and email all documents to me at [email protected].
